Have you send us a question and did not received an answer? It could be possible that the email message we send you ended up as junk/spam in your email account.

Please look in your junk/spam folder and approve our messages and email address. Than you will get them in your normal inbox and you will not miss a think. Notice that you will receive shipping information with your tracking code from us and the shipping company. Make sure to unmark our messages as junk/spam

Did you receieve no email at all from us?

It could be that we still have to answer your question. Our support tries to answer your questions as fast as possible (48-72 hours), but sometimes it takes a bit longer.  When you have a very urgent message give us a call: +31206372709

If you did not received an order confirmation it could be that the given email address is not correct. Send us a message and we will make sure to correct it for you.
