I forgot the order number in my bank payment transfer

When you forget you order number in the bank transfer, we can still match your payment if the name of the account holder is the same as in the order you made.

Please contact us if the name in the account and in the order are different. Send a ticket with the account holders name and and order number, we will match the payment as soon as possible.

When you made multiple orders (with the same amount), please send us a message with the order number you want us to ship.

If we can not match a payment we will refund it, after 2-4 weeks, to the account it came from, if possible.
