We're currently facing some issues with sending and receiving e-mails from our GetMagic e-mail server. For this reason, you may not be able to shoot us a message, or you may not be receiving our replies.

Due some national holidays

No Shipping and customer service on 5th May and 16th of May.

All orders will be processed for shipment the next workday (6th of may, 17th of may)

All you questions will be answered this day to, or maybe the next.

Shipping and Support opening days

This weeks last shipping day is Thursday 24th, due the Easter Weekend. All remaining orders will be shipped after the weekend on Tuesday the 29th of March.

Customer support is closed during these days! Feel free to submit a question but do not expect an answer untill Tuesday or Wednesday next week :)

Lots of your questions will be answerd and solved if you use our knowledgebase. It is easy to use and filled with information

Important: Please also check your junk/spam folder for our messages

We noticed that some of the messages we send are ending up in the junk/spam folder of your email. You probably not read them if they end up there,  add our emails to the approved list or make sure to get them in your normal inbox. When you do not receive a message from us in your inbox within a few days after you send a ticket, than you probably know were to look.

Shipping dates in December 2015 and customer service opening days

Hello Friends!,

Due the holidays we can not ship all days and Customer service is closed.

Last shipping date before Christmas is 23th of December

Last shipping date of the year is the 29th of December

First shipping date in 2016 is 4 January


Customer service is closed during the Holidays..we are taking a break.


Closed 24th -27 December

Closed 30th Dember - 03 January


This means you can use the FAQ, knowledge base and trouble shooter for information.

This mean no shipments, no payments, no orders will be processed. (see previous message)

We will be back with you on the 28th and 29th and next yeat the 4th of January.
